Participation in the workshop is necessarily
restricted, and allocations will be made on a first-come
first-served basis. The registration fee is:
Academic Institutions -- $700 ($800 after
15th June, 2005)
All other Institutions -- $900 ($1000 after
15th June, 2005)
Late registration (after 13th July 2005)
may be accepted, but space cannot be guaranteed.
The registration procedure is as follows:
Please send an email (with attachment) to marina@maths.unsw.edu.au,
or a hard hard copy of
the registration form to the address below by
regular mail and enclose a cheque, money order, or credit card
details for the amount determined from the above table - we accept
Mastercard and Visa; payable to "School of Mathematics, UNSW".
Note that all prices include GST.
