Participation in the workshop is necessarily
restricted, and allocations will be made on a first-come
first-served basis. The registration fee is $450 (by 31st of May) or
$550 (1st-30th June). Late registration (after 1st July 2005)
may be accepted, but space can't be guaranteed.
