Dear IMOS Steering Committee

Attached is the first draft of the minutes of the meeting held on 24 June.
Many apologies for the delay in getting these to you, however this was
mainly due to the resignation of Jeanette Harris who took the minutes, and
with Gary having been away I have had trouble finding the time to type-up
her notes.  Anyway, here's my best attempt.  If you have a chance (and can
remember back that far) could you please review and send me any changes
which vary dramatically from your recollection of events.
