The conference dinner will take place on Thursday 2 October in a friendly Italian restaurant 
within easy walking distance from the University of New South Wales.  

Everybody is welcome to attend the dinner. The dinner will be $40 per person. 
 
Final numbers for the conference dinner are required by Monday 29 September.  To secure your
